Free estimates are based on the scope and information provided during the site walk-through. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change if scope, materials, or site conditions change; any such change will be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
By submitting our estimate form, you consent to be contacted by Salai regarding your request via the email and phone number you provide. If you opt in to SMS, you also agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply.
All work is performed under a signed written contract that sets out scope, schedule, pricing, payment schedule, change-order process, and warranty terms. Deposits and progress payments are non-refundable once work or material orders are underway, except as set out in the contract.
Where applicable, Salai will pull City of Calgary permits and coordinate inspections. All work is performed to current Alberta Building Code and electrical/plumbing/gas codes. Existing non-conforming conditions discovered during work are handled by written change order.
Salai warrants workmanship for the period set out in your signed contract (typically 1 year on workmanship). Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances apply as published by the manufacturer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salai's total liability arising out of or relating to the services or this website is limited to the amounts actually paid by you to Salai under the relevant contract. Salai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
