  • Your service address (only when you provide it for a site visit)

  • Respond to your estimate request and schedule a walk-through
  • Send project quotes, schedules, invoices, and updates
  • Communicate with you about active projects

4. SMS / text message communications (A2P)

By checking the SMS consent box on our estimate form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Salai General Contracting Inc. at the phone number you provide. These messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, project status updates, and related service communications.

  • Message & data rates: may apply, per your mobile carrier
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe

  • Consent is not required to receive an estimate or to purchase any service from us
  • Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run our business (e.g. CRM, SMS/email delivery, hosting), bound by confidentiality
  • Subcontractors and trades working on your specific project, only as needed
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. Data retention

We retain estimate and project records for as long as needed to provide services, meet our warranty obligations, and comply with tax and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

7. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Alberta's PIPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email info@salaigc.ca.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
